Welcome to the YWCA Wenatchee Valley!
The YWCA Wenatchee Valley was founded in 1954. The YW association was able to first lease, then buy the Baptist Church, located at 212 First Street, with money provided by A.Z. Wells as a gift. The Sanctuary of the church was torn down, leaving a building that contained offices, Sunday school rooms and meeting rooms. This comprises the current building. A parking area replaced the sanctuary of the church.
