Cafe AZ's is a culinary job training and placement program for underexperianced, disadvantaged and homeless individuals. Providing a opportunity that transforms lives by empowering participants with skills, education and experiance. Cafe AZ's is a comprehensive training program that builds a strong foundation and support system for every trainee who passes through our doors.

The training program combines hands-on food service and barista training along with classroom instruction, individual case management, appropriate dress, interview skills, and job placement services. Helping to prepare graduates to step into and thrive at jobs in the restaurant and food service industry. Allowing them to re-enter the work force with the knowledge and experiance needed to be successful.

Our Mission

Cafe AZ's provides an opportunity that transforms lives by empowering those unemployed or disadvantaged. Participants achieve self-sufficiency through life skills, job training, and employment in the food service industry.
